EVO MFG JT Gladiator Double Throw Down (DTD) Pro Suspension System designed for maximum speed, articulation, and control.
Adjustable ride height of ~3 to 5 inches without changing or removing parts.
Up to 14" of vertical wheel travel tuned specifically for Jeep Gladiator JT Gas.

• Front Suspension – Double Throw Down
EVO Spec KING 2.5” front coilovers paired with additional bypass shocks for dual-shock performance.
Bypass shocks provide full external damping adjustability and position-sensitive performance.
Coilover/Bypass shocks come complete with EVO Spec King proprietary valving and spring rates.

• Rear Suspension
EVO Spec KING 2.5” coilovers engineered for balance and stability.
Tuned for both daily driving and advanced off-road terrain.

• Long Arm Upgrade
Specifically designed bracketry improves clearance, suspension geometry, and travel.
Front arms mount nearly flush with frame; rear arms half above bottom of frame for ideal angles.
Welding and grinding required; brackets bolt into factory holes for alignment then weld in place.
4-Link front and rear suspension system with Johnny Joints for unrestricted articulation.

• Build & Durability
All long arms constructed from 2.0” x .281” wall Steel DOM tubing.
Bracketry precision laser cut from 3/16” steel, CNC press brake formed.
Engineered for installer-friendly fitment and long-term strength.

• Control Arm Options
DOM Steel Tube Lower Control Arms: 2.0 x .25 wall DOM steel, powder coated black.
Aluminum ENVY Links: Billet aluminum with replaceable steel skid plates, available raw aluminum or gold anodized.

• Installation & Usability
Requires cutting and welding of frame brackets.
Recommended labor time: 33–43 hours.
Designed for professional shop installs or highly experienced DIY builders.
