Suspension Overview
EVO MFG JT Gladiator Double Throw Down (DTD) Pro Suspension System designed for maximum on-road comfort and off-road performance.
Adjustable ride height of ~3 to 5 inches without swapping or removing parts.
Provides up to 14" of vertical wheel travel tuned specifically for Jeep JT Diesel.

Front Suspension – Double Throw Down
EVO Spec KING 2.5” coilovers paired with additional King bypass shocks for dual-shock performance.
Bypass shocks allow full external damping adjustability and position-sensitive control.
Coilover/Bypass shocks come complete with EVO Spec King proprietary spring rates and valving.

Rear Suspension
EVO Spec KING 2.5” coilovers for stability and articulation.
Tuned to balance performance on advanced terrain with comfortable road manners.

Long Arm Upgrade
Specifically engineered bracketry improves clearance, geometry, and long-travel ability.
Front arms mount tucked nearly flush with frame; rear arms positioned for optimal clearance.
4-Link front and rear suspension system with Johnny Joints for unrestricted articulation.
Brackets bolt into factory holes for alignment, then weld in place for strength.
Cutting, grinding, and welding required.

Build & Durability
Long arms built from 2.0” x .281” wall Steel DOM tubing for extreme strength.
Bracketry precision laser cut from 3/16” steel, CNC press brake formed.
Designed for installer-friendly precision fit and long-term durability.

Control Arm Options
DOM Steel Tube Lower Control Arms: 2.0 x .25 wall DOM steel, powder coated black.
Aluminum ENVY Links: Billet aluminum with replaceable steel skid plates, available raw aluminum or gold anodized.

Installation & Usability
Intended for professional shop installation or highly experienced DIY mechanics.
Recommended labor time: 35–45 hours.
